Ibstock are thrilled to be awarded with a Gold accreditation membership as part of The 5% Club’s 2024-2025 Employer Audit Scheme.
This achievement highlights the Group’s commitment to supporting employees through earn & learn initiatives and apprenticeships. As part of the rigorously audit, the Group’s efforts, future ambitions, and commitment to social mobility was also called out with diversity, and inclusion further strengthening the Group’s commitment to the ongoing development of their employees.

By being part of The 5% Club, the Group proudly stand alongside over 1,100 other forward-thinking employers who are dedicated to driving positive change, representing a powerful movement of companies working together to make workplace training more inclusive, diverse, and accessible. Collectively, members support 1.9 million employees, with more than 108,000 individuals participating in "earn and learn" schemes.

We offer a range of apprenticeship programmes across various disciplines, including engineering, manufacturing, and have expanded this over recent years into functional business roles. These programmes provide apprentices with valuable on-the-job training and the opportunity to gain industry-recognised qualifications. Not only are apprenticeships a great way to start a career, but they provide an important enabler for individuals from all backgrounds and a critical underpin for social mobility."
