Our innovative and award winning mechanical brick-slip system, genbrix was implemented to create a durable, aesthetically pleasing, non-combustible facade solution.

Buildable

Specially developed with Modern Methods of Construction in mind, genbrix is lightweight and allows for rapid installation. Our unique interlocking 3 course brick track eradicates the racking movement in volumetric and podular construction allowing in many circumstances the availability to pre point in the factory and send directly to site for stack and pack assembly.

Modular construction of Lakenfields apartments was completed in 3 days in December 2021.

Sustainable

A former car parking area north of Webster Court now accommodates 6 x 1-bedroom, 2-person flats. The single block of 6 flats over 3 storeys.
