Luxury East Midlands housebuilder, Invicta Developments partnered with us as part of the construction of its latest portfolio of exclusive properties in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
Nestled in the rural countryside, the new Brownacres gated development will consist of nine spacious four and five bedroom homes, each featuring the latest technologies, beautiful architecture and expansive landscaped gardens.
Over 135m2 of our high quality Shearstone Walling Stone will be installed across each property in conjunction with complementary building materials, including brick, render and large panels of glazing.
Specified in a rustic Cotswold Village finish, the walling stone will add a unique touch to each properties’ exterior, whilst simultaneously creating a cohesive visual appeal across the entire development that reflects the rustic appeal of Grantham.
