Joe Hudson

Chief Executive Officer

Joe Hudson has been the Chief Executive Officer of Ibstock Plc since April 2018. With near 7 years at the helm, he brings a wealth of experience in the building materials industry.

Prior to joining Ibstock, Joe served as Managing Director of Cement, Concrete Products and Integrated Businesses at Aggregate Industries UK, a subsidiary of Lafarge Holcim. His international career spans Europe, North America, and Africa, with expertise in cement, plasterboard, and construction materials.

Joe played a key role in the global merger between Lafarge and Holcim, and has held leadership positions including CEO of Lafarge Wapco Plc.

A graduate of Exeter University with additional education from INSEAD and London Business School, Joe is driving Ibstock's strategic growth, innovation, and sustainability initiatives, positioning the company to thrive in a new era of construction.
