Nick Giles re-joined Ibstock Plc as Group Company Secretary in 2024.

With over 20 years of experience in senior company secretarial, governance, legal, and compliance roles, Nick brings valuable expertise to the position.

He holds a master’s degree in business law from the University of Portsmouth and has been a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland since 2008.

During a career that spans FTSE 100 and 250 listed businesses across various sectors, including FMCG, engineering, lighting, and plastic packaging, his broad experience with companies of different sizes and complexity, many with international operations makes him well-suited to support Ibstock's legal, corporate governance and compliance needs.

As Group Company Secretary, Nick plays a crucial role in ensuring that Ibstock continues to comply with all external and internal regulations, policies and processes and maintains the highest standards of corporate governance whilst providing support to the Board and Executive management with the delivery of the company's growth strategy in the building products sector.
